Speed television analyst Hermie Sadler returns to the NASCAR Nationwide Series at Richmond International Raceway for the Bubba Burger 250 with RAB Racing.
Sadler, a two-time winner in the series, last raced in what is now known as the Nationwide Series in 2004. Sadler competing in one Camping World Truck Series race this season.
Sadler, whose younger brother Elliott races in the Sprint Cup Series, will drive the No. 09 Ford with sponsorship from TNA Wrestling.
"I am thankful to the RAB Racing team for giving me this opportunity," Sadler said in a press release. "The Nationwide Series is where I have had the most success in my career, and I look forward to getting back behind the wheel at Richmond in front of my family, friends, and fans."
Sadler is from Emporia, Va., down Interstate 95 from Richmond. The 40-year-old veteran has 26 career starts at the 0.75-mile track in NASCAR’s national series, including 19 starts in the Nationwide Series. Sadler enters next weekend’s event with two top-five, three top-10 and seven top-15 finishes at the track.

Having TNA Wrestling on the car should generate some excitement and gives us an opportunity to elevate our team’s exposure. We’re looking forward to giving Hermie an opportunity to have a great return to the Nationwide Series."
Sadler and TNA Wrestling have a long association.
