Dave Burns takes Vince Welch's play-by-play spot for ESPN's Iowa broadcast

PrintESPN announcer Vince Welch was involved in a traffic accident Thursday night in Indiana and will not host Saturday’s U.S. Cellular 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race from Iowa Speedway.
Welch was released from a local hospital and went home after the accident. He decided to stay home this weekend, an ESPN spokesman said.
Taking Welsh’s place as the lap-by-lap announcer at Iowa will be Dave Burns.

i hope hes ok glad to hear dave burns is only temporary he and ricky craven are terrible seems like they could find someone decent
