ARCA driver Mikey Kile will make his NASCAR Nationwide Series debut for Braun Racing in next weekend's Nashville 300 at Nashville Superspeedway, the team announced Wednesday.
Kile will drive Braun's No. 10 Toyota, with AccuDoc Solutions as its sponsor.
Kile, 27, raced in six Camping World Truck Series races last year for Brad Keselowski Racing, with a best finish of 11th, twice. Kile is racing full time in ARCA this year for Venturini Motorsports.
"I can’t ask for a better situation than to take this step in my career with a proven team like Braun Racing," Kile said. "This is an outstanding organization, with first-rate equipment and an extremely talented crew and staff. I’m looking forward to working with veteran crew chief Stewart Cooper and the entire No. 10 crew. Stewart has experience in working with young, up and coming drivers so I know he will be a good mentor for me as I step into these uncharted waters."
Braun Racing owner Todd Braun said the team is happy to have Kile "join our lineup of talented drivers this season."
"He is a talented young driver and we look forward to working with him as he takes this next step in his career," Braun said. "I expect good things for him in the future."
