Braun Racing and Jason Leffler have no plans to appeal the three-race probation to Leffler that NASCAR handed down earlier this week, according to a team spokesperson.
Leffler was put on probation for intentionally wrecking James Buescher in last weekend's Nationwide Series race at Nashville Superspeedway. Buescher had made contact with Leffler earlier in the race, putting Leffler in the wall. Leffler later returned and ran into Buescher, though he denied it was intentional.
Leffler was also parked for the remainder of the race. NASCAR issued no other penalties.
Leffler begins his probation this weekend at Phoenix.
