Kansas Nationwide TV rating same as Dover's, down 8.3 percent

The Kansas Lottery 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Kansas Speedway on Oct. 8 earned a 1.1 household coverage rating, according to the Nieslen Company figures released by ESPN.

That rating is the same as the one earned by the previous race at Dover. Like Dover, the rating was down 8.3 percent over 2010, marking the 10 consecutive comparable race that was down over last year.

The Kansas race averaged 1,453,000 viewers
