Elliott Sadler, Kevin Harvick Inc. take front row at Talladega

TALLADEGA, Ala. - Kevin Harvick Inc. driver and Nationwide Series regular Elliott Sadler took the pole Friday for the Aaron's 312 at Talladega Superspeedway.

Sadler turned a lap of 179.558 mph to earn his seventh Nationwide pole.

KHI teammate Clint Bowyer starts second, followed by Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Jamie McMurray. Starting fifth is Trevor Bayne, another Nationwide Series regular.

The rest of the top 10 were Carl Edwards, Joey Logano, Michael Annett, Jason Leffler and Aric Almirola.

The race is scheduled for 3 p.m. Eastern Saturday.
