TriStar Motorsports driver Eric McClure has been cleared to race in this weekend's NASCAR Nationwide Series Feed the Children 300 at Kentucky Speedway.
McClure was involved in a grinding crash at Daytona last weekend that left him with a mild concussion. But he has been cleared, according to a spokesperson for the team.
"I am really looking forward to getting back to Kentucky," McClure said. "Although I enjoyed testing there for Morgan-McClure, it historically has not been one of my better tracks. However, we've turned performances around at other tracks I've struggled at in the past, and I am hoping we can turn a good run into a good result and get this monkey off of our back."
